The processes would use the mountain of coal waste that’s up there. Would be the first in the US. One problem: lots of carbon dioxide (at least it’s not methane). County says Bowie hasn’t approached the commissioners about the project but they’re very interested in talking. EarthJustice says it’s never going to happen, too expensive. Let’s watch.
