- Commissioner Doug Atchley will, once again, serve as the 2018 Chair during his final year as County Commissioner. Commissioner Mark Roeber has twice turned down the opportunity to chair and will continue to serve as Vice Chair.
- Commissioners will move the county’s official public posting location from the second floor administration office bulletin board to the south side of the entryway to the County Courthouse. Posting times for public meetings were not provided.
- Commissioners reviewed the first official draft of an ordinance limiting the cultivation, growth, or production of marijuana plants to residential property within unincorporated Delta County and to limit to 12 the number of marijuana plants per residential property regardless of the number of persons residing at the property.
